Refund policy

Mobilla Warranty Guidelines:

  • Mobilla product warranty is only applicable to the first purchaser of the Mobilla products and it is non- transferable.
  • The warranty services are limited to repair or replacement of the product depending upon the product category and is at the sole discretion of Mobitech Industries LLP.
  • Warranty services of Mobilla can only be availed if customer has registered the warranty using QR code mentioned on the warranty card and has also attached right proof of purchase.
  • Mobilla warranty coverage shall be limited to provide repairs and solutions of the fault reported for:
    • MRock (Portable Speakers) and
    • Clubber (Party Speakers)
  • And in case, if a replacement is provided, it will be fulfilled with an equivalent performance device only without packaging & accessories.
  • Mobilla shall not cover any claim or compensation for inconvenience, loss of time, loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, loss of data, loss of goodwill, work stoppage, any personal and/or commercial loss, compensation for mental agony, anxiety, etc.
  • Mobilla will make every effort to carry out repair/replace at the earliest. In cases of delays due to uncontrollable scenarios, we are under no obligation to do so in a specified period of time.
