For warranty service on covered defects during the warranty period, please visit retail outlet from where you have purchased the product.
Warranty on all Mobilla products will be fulfilled by Mobitech Industries LLP through the channel partners as per the prevailing terms and conditions mentioned below. 
The Mobilla customer service team and channel partners reserve the right to make final decisions for all warranty claims and replacement.
The company may replace the product with an equivalent new or refurbished product preferably with same colour (If not with another colour or another product) depending upon stock availability.

Mobilla Warranty Guidelines:

  • Mobilla product warranty is only applicable to the first purchaser of the Mobilla products and it is non- transferable.
  • The warranty services are limited to repair or replacement of the product depending upon the product category and is at the sole discretion of Mobitech Industries LLP.
  • Warranty services of Mobilla can only be availed if customer has registered the warranty using QR code mentioned on the warranty card and has also attached right proof of purchase.
  • Mobilla warranty coverage shall be limited to provide repairs and solutions of the fault reported for:
    • MRock (Portable Speakers) and
    • Clubber (Party Speakers)
    And in case, if a replacement is provided, it will be fulfilled with an equivalent performance device only without packaging & accessories.
  • Mobilla shall not cover any claim or compensation for inconvenience, loss of time, loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, loss of data, loss of goodwill, work stoppage, any personal and/or commercial loss, compensation for mental agony, anxiety, etc.
  • Mobilla will make every effort to carry out repair/replace at the earliest. In cases of delays due to uncontrollable scenarios, we are under no obligation to do so in a specified period of time.

Warranty is not applicable for the following conditions:

  • Warranty is offered only against manufacturing defects. Products damaged due to improper handling will not be accepted for replacement or repair.
  • Normal wear and tear, breakage of housing, USB jack, charging jack, pulled wire or any signs of poor usage (including damage to the coating on the surface of the product(s)) will not be accepted for replacement or repair.
  • Accident, misuse, neglect, fire, water, lightning, or other acts of nature will not be accepted for replacement or repair.
  • Servicing, repairs, modifications or handling etc. by any unauthorized personnel will not be accepted for replacement or repair.
